Shipping: We will not ship if the temperature is over 90 degrees, the safety and safety of your spiders arrival is our top priority! We have the right to hold shipping if your chosen spider is in premolt, LAG is only covered if you have your spider held for pickup at a FedEx hub. LAG is Only covered if proof of unboxing video with a tape sealed box and label is sent within 2 hours of pickup receipt! In the rare occasion your spider is Doa we will provide a replacement of the same gender spider species/color of your choosing. We have the right to refuse sales for any reason. We are here for any Questions or concerns you have. Spider colors change as they mature there is no guarantee a spider is going to be a certain color or a specific chelicera color as an adult!

All orders will be shipped the Tuesday after the week they are placed. This means if you place an order this week, it will be sent out the following Tuesday . This schedule allows us the time needed to pack your orders carefully and print shipping labels. Thank you for your understanding as we work to fulfill your orders!
